Thermal label printer paper is composed of three layers: a protective layer, a thermal-sensitive coating layer, and a base material. The protective layer prevents scratches and contamination of the coating. The thermal-sensitive coating is the core layer responsible for the color-developing reaction. The base material provides structural support and surface flatness. These labels feature water resistance, oil resistance, and wear resistance. Common sizes include 40mm×30mm, 58mm×40mm, 80mm×50mm (the most commonly used), and 100mm×150mm.
